Spring Awakenings: Songs for Seasons’ Edges

A year ago, a small group of singers from Brightling, Ninfield and London came together to sing together in Brightling Village Hall and Church.  From these beginnings, the newly named ‘Brislinga Singas’, in honour of Brightling’s Domesday name in 1086,  performed in the Autumn in Tooting and are now back locally to sing in support of Ashburnham Village Hall.  

This choral concert, ‘Spring Awakenings: Songs for Seasons’ Edges’, weaves glorious music across the musical centuries reflecting the laments of winter, and the hope of spring and love. 

Drinks and nibbles will be served afterwards – a perfect Sunday lunch aperitif!
